Persons staying at the Facility are hereinafter referred to as Guests.

I Basic information:

1. Making a reservation is tantamount to confirming that you have read these regulations, accepting them and committing to comply with its provisions, as well as reading and accepting the Personal Data Protection Policy.
2. Guests staying at the Facility are also obliged to comply with health and safety and fire regulations and, in exceptional cases, to follow the instructions of the Facility employees.
3. In the event of a violation of the provisions of these regulations, the Facility has the right to refuse to continue providing services to Guests who violate them. These persons are obliged to immediately respond to the requests of the employees of the Facility, pay the amount due for the services provided so far and repair the damage caused, as well as immediately leave the premises of the Facility.
4. By making a reservation, the Reserving Party agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of making a reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. The person making the reservation has the right to inspect their personal data and update them.
5. Reservations are made for the person or company that will make the payment.
6. Only persons registered at the reception desk of the Facility are authorized to use the Facility. The guest may not transfer the rented house to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid has not expired.
7. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use open fire in the houses and their surroundings, and in the houses also: irons, heaters and other electrical devices that are not part of the house’s equipment. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
8. The guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and devices of the house caused by him or his visitors. The basis for monetary compensation for damage or destruction is the price list available at the reception desk of the Facility, a bill documenting the actual cost of removing the damage or an expert’s valuation.
9. In the event of discrepancies between the list of equipment and the actual state of the cottage or damage, this fact should be reported to the reception directly when occupying the cottage. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment was complete and undamaged.
10. Guests are obliged in particular to:
11. maintain order and cleanliness in the rooms of the house and on the terrace adjacent to it;
12. use the facilities of the Facility in a way that does not cause damage or deterioration;
13. The liability of the Facility for loss or damage to items brought by guests to the cottage is governed by the provisions of art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Facility’s liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk. The Facility has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or are too valuable in relation to the size or standard or take up too much space.
14. After the end of the stay, the Guest is obliged to report his departure in order to collect the house by an employee of the Facility.
15. The hotel day starts at 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages. For breaking the smoking ban, the Facility will charge a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
17. It is completely forbidden to bring bicycle equipment to the cottage. For breaking the ban, the Facility will charge a contractual penalty of PLN 500.
18. In the cottages, it is forbidden to walk in high heels or shoes that can damage the wooden surface of the floors and stairs.
19. Night silence applies from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
20. Unregistered persons may stay on the premises of the Facility from 7:00 to 22:00.
21. Users of the houses are obliged to behave in such a way that during quiet hours it does not disturb the peace of other people in any way, and during the day it is in line with social norms and respecting the right to rest of other people staying in the Facility.
22. The presence of persons who are not registered in the Facility after 22:00 is tantamount to the consent of the Booker to accommodate these persons for a fee. Each person will be accommodated according to the price from the price list available on the Facility’s website.
23. The property does accept pets.
24. The stay of children and teenagers under the age of 18 is allowed only under the care of adults who bear full responsibility for their actions, the consequences of these actions and for the situations that took place on the premises of the Facility.
25. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who behave vulgarly.

II Additional fees:

1. Dziecko do lat 3 (jedno na dwoje dorosłych), nie ponosi żadnych opłat za pobyt, jeśli śpi na obecnym łóżku. Nie ma możliwości dostawienia dodatkowych łóżek.
2. Credit cards are accepted

III Deposit:

1. To make a reservation, it is required to make a prepayment in the form of a deposit.
2. The advance payment is tantamount to acceptance by the Booker of the booking conditions set out in these regulations.
3. In the case of a partially non-refundable, refundable and flexible offer, the Booker will be charged an advance payment of 50% of the total booking price after making the reservation.
4. In the case of offers listed in point 3, The Booker will be charged with the remaining part of the advance payment the day before arrival.
5. Failure to pay the advance payment within the agreed period results in cancellation of the reservation.

IV Resignation:

1. Resignation from the reservation is possible in any case, however, depending on the type of the booked offer, the conditions of cancellation and return of the advance payment differ.
2. Partially non-refundable offer – in the event of cancellation at any time, the deposit of 50% of the booking value is non-refundable. The remaining amount in the case of payment will be returned to the Booker.
3. Refundable offer – in case of cancellation of the reservation within 14 days before the date of arrival, the advance payment will be returned to the Booker. In case of cancellation of the reservation in less than 14 days before arrival, the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the reservation value is not refundable.
4. Flexible offer – if the reservation is canceled within 3 days before the date of arrival, the advance payment will be returned to the Booker. In case of cancellation of the reservation in less than 3 days before arrival, the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the reservation value is not refundable.
5. If the Guest does not show up at the Facility without prior cancellation of the reservation, the Booker will be charged a fee in the amount of the total value of the reservation.
6. Failure to use the entire stay in accordance with the reservation does not entitle to a refund of the amount paid.

V Online bookings:

1. Making an online reservation is possible via the website projektcuberniok.pl/rezerwacje
2. In order to confirm the reservation, the Booker/Reserving Party is obliged to make a payment of 50% of the entire reservation value within one hour of making the reservation via the online payment system available at pl/rezerwacje
3. Payment is made via the TPay payment system, available in the booking panel.
4. In the case of on-line reservations, the same cancellation and complaint rules apply as in the case of reservations made in other forms. These rules are set out in chapters IV and VI of these regulations.

VI Complaints procedure:

1. Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding the services provided by the Facility.
2. The Facility accepts for consideration only complaints sent by e-mail to the following address: kontakt@projektcuberniok.pl within 14 days from the date of the end of the Guest’s stay in the Facility or, if the stay did not take place within the period resulting from the reservation made – within 14 days from the date on which the stay should take place.
3. The Facility reserves a 14-day deadline to consider the complaint submitted by the Guest. Within this period, the Facility will inform the Guest about the result of considering the complaint.

VII Additional information:

1. We offer a free, unguarded car park.
2. The owner of the Facility is not responsible for the car left and the property in it.

5. Free WiFi Internet is available throughout the facility.
6. Daily service – change of towels, additional cleaning is available only on request, for an additional fee.
